Our Infrastructure

We have a well-facilitated infrastructure base spread across a vast area, which enables us to meet the bulk requirements of each client within the promised time-frame. Our infrastructure base is segregated into administration, testing, production, warehousing and other operational departments to ensure streamlined business operations. Furthermore, the production unit of our organization is facilitated with new generation technologies and machines that allow us to manufacture defect-free range of metal fasteners and riveting tools. Provided with an in-house CAD unit, we are able to manufacture these products as per the clients' preferences. The use of following machines has enabled us to manufacture 10 crore blind rivets every year:

• Molding machine
• Sheet metal cutting machine
• Forging machine

Warehousing Unit

Our organization possesses large and capacious warehousing unit that facilitate in proper &convenient storage of each finished product. Systematically compartmentalized into different labeled sections, our warehousing unit facilitates us in proper and organized storage of the entire range of metal fasteners & riveting tools. Furthermore, with the implementation of advanced inventory management system, our storekeepers are able to retrieve the ordered consignments easily during the final delivery at the clients' destination.
